REGISTER

Winter is BEARS Futsal’s most competitive and intensive training block. Players train multiple times per week, integrate physical performance development, and compete in the COPA Futsal or Richmond Futsal leagues. This program provides a complete futsal experience that blends training, athletic preparation, and match play.

Location:

  • Indoor training facilities

  • Competition Days — COPA Soccer Training Center (Walnut Creek) OR Richmond Parks and Rec Gymnasium

Weekly Structure:

  • 2 Futsal Training Sessions

  • Weekend Leagues Matches at COPA or Richmond

Program Includes:

  • High-frequency technical training

  • Strength, movement, and injury-resistance sessions

  • League entry and team placement

  • Competitive match experience

  • Continued player development in a fast-paced environment
